Sesame Beef Stir-Fri

  • Combine 1tbs minced ginger, 1tbs minced garlic, 2tbs low-sodium soy sauce, 1.5tsp dark brown sugar, and 1/2tsp crushed red pepper
  • Heat wok over high heat
  • Add 1tbs dark sesame oil
  • Add 1/2lb sliced meat & cook until browned
  • Remove meat
  • Repeat with remaining 1/2lb sliced meat
  • Add 8 green onions, sliced into 1-inch piece. Cook 1 minute
  • Add mixture. Cook 1 minute.
  • Return meat to pan. Cook 1 minute
  • Stir in 4 cups baby spinach. Cook 30 seconds
  • Top with sesame seeds
