Sesame Beef Stir-Fri
- Combine 1tbs minced ginger, 1tbs minced garlic, 2tbs low-sodium soy sauce, 1.5tsp dark brown sugar, and 1/2tsp crushed red pepper
- Heat wok over high heat
- Add 1tbs dark sesame oil
- Add 1/2lb sliced meat & cook until browned
- Remove meat
- Repeat with remaining 1/2lb sliced meat
- Add 8 green onions, sliced into 1-inch piece. Cook 1 minute
- Add mixture. Cook 1 minute.
- Return meat to pan. Cook 1 minute
- Stir in 4 cups baby spinach. Cook 30 seconds
- Top with sesame seeds
