Crab & Brie Wontons

  • Place a baking sheet in the oven
  • Preheat to 350
  • Combine 4oz lump crabmeat (drained), diced brie, 1/4 cup mayo, 2 tbs minced jalapeno, 2 tbs minced chives, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/8 tsp salt
  • Scoop 2 tsp of mixer into 24 wonton wrappers
  • Moisten edges with water
  • Lift up points and pinch together
  • Move to baking sheet
  • Coat with cooking spray
  • Bake until golden (16-18 min)
