Crab & Brie Wontons
- Place a baking sheet in the oven
- Preheat to 350
- Combine 4oz lump crabmeat (drained), diced brie, 1/4 cup mayo, 2 tbs minced jalapeno, 2 tbs minced chives, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/8 tsp salt
- Scoop 2 tsp of mixer into 24 wonton wrappers
- Moisten edges with water
- Lift up points and pinch together
- Move to baking sheet
- Coat with cooking spray
- Bake until golden (16-18 min)
