Roasted Root Vegetables With Maple Glaze

  • Slice 1.5 cups of carrot, parsnip, & turnip
  • Preheat oven to 450F
  • Combine carrots, parsnip, turnip, salt, pepper, & 4tsp olive oil in a 13 x 9 baking dish
  • Bake for 10 minutes
  • Stir in 2tbs maple syrup
  • Bike 20 minutes (stirring after 10 min)
