Roasted Root Vegetables With Maple Glaze
- Slice 1.5 cups of carrot, parsnip, & turnip
- Preheat oven to 450F
- Combine carrots, parsnip, turnip, salt, pepper, & 4tsp olive oil in a 13 x 9 baking dish
- Bake for 10 minutes
- Stir in 2tbs maple syrup
- Bike 20 minutes (stirring after 10 min)
