Skillet Stroganoff
- Combine 0.5lb ground turkey, 0.5lb ground pork, 1 cup rye bread crumbs, 1tbs dried parsley flakes, & 0.5tsp dried tarragon
- Shape mixture into meatballs
- Place skillet over medium-high heat with oil
- Cook meatballs, browning on all sides
- Drain
- Wipe skillet
- Return meatballs to skillet
- Add 2 cups water, 1 tbs beef-flavored bullion granules, 1 4oz can of mushroom stems, drained
- Brain to a boil
- Stir in 2.5 cups egg noodles
- Cover, reduce heat, simmer 10 min, stirring occassionally
- Remove from heat
- Stir in 0.5 cup low-fat sour cream
- Sprinkle 0.5 cup sliced green onions
