Skillet Stroganoff

  •  Combine 0.5lb ground turkey, 0.5lb ground pork, 1 cup rye bread crumbs, 1tbs dried parsley flakes, & 0.5tsp dried tarragon
  • Shape mixture into meatballs
  • Place skillet over medium-high heat with oil
  • Cook meatballs, browning on all sides
  • Drain
  • Wipe skillet
  • Return meatballs to skillet
  • Add 2 cups water, 1 tbs beef-flavored bullion granules, 1 4oz can of mushroom stems, drained
  • Brain to a boil
  • Stir in 2.5 cups egg noodles
  • Cover, reduce heat, simmer 10 min, stirring occassionally
  • Remove from heat
  • Stir in 0.5 cup low-fat sour cream
  • Sprinkle 0.5 cup sliced green onions
